- Grass Roots Academic Support is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and talented Product Design Teacher to join an Ofsted Outstanding rated school NQTs as well as more experienced teachers are warmly welcomed to apply to join this very successful team.
You will be expected to work with the Design and Enterprise team to design and deliver innovative and inspiring lessons across KS3 and KS4. The department benefits from a large workshop area, CAD/CAM equipment, 3 D laser cutter, ICT suites, engineering area, and a graphics/teaching room.
The successful candidate must be able to teach Product Design and the ability to teach Engineering and Construction at GCSE and BTEC would be advantageous.
The school are offering a full time permanent position, starting in September.

* Qualified Teacher Status or related teaching degree
* A proven teaching record and/or high quality references
* A recent and clear DBS Disclosure (a new one can be applied for)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
