- Grass Roots Academic Support is seeking to appoint a motivated individual to join a professional technician team and support and complement the teaching and learning of pupils.
Duties will include the preparation and maintenance of equipment and materials required for demonstrations and practical experiments. You will also be responsible for administering stock control, ordering procedures and assisting students and staff in the classroom, ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
With a background in science, you will have high professional standards and a methodical and organised approach. Knowledge of current health and safety legislation and the possession of related certificates/qualifications would be an advantage.
The school are offering a full time (part time considered) 1 year fixed term contract.
