- Grass Roots Academic Support is seeking to appoint a well qualified and enthusiastic Team Leader of Modern Foreign Languages
Languages are central to this schools curriculum and they currently offer French and German GCSE, but are open to introducing other languages according to the expertise of the applicants.
The successful, candidate will be creative and enthusiastic with a determination to achieve the highest outcomes, have an incisive understanding of teaching and learning in MFL and the ability to reflect and challenge. Professional development opportunities are plentiful and the school is working hard to be innovative around workload as they want you to have a balanced life.
The school are offering a full time permanent position (Flexible working considered 1.0FTE) starting in January 2019.

* Qualified Teacher Status or related teaching degree
* A proven teaching record and/or high quality references
* A recent and clear DBS Disclosure (a new one can be applied for)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
