Grass Roots Academic Support is seeking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic, and inspiring Teacher of IT to join an ambitious and high-performing IT Department. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding learning opportunities to all, be creative who makes learning fun and interactive. If you are passionate about teaching IT and making a positive impact on students' lives, we would like to hear from you.
This is a full-time position; part-time working may be considered for the right applicant. This position will suit an experienced professional or ECT (Early Career Teacher), established mentoring systems are in place to support a teacher in the initial stages of their career. For a suitably qualified and experienced professional, a computing leadership responsibility payment available.

* Qualified Teacher Status or related teaching degree
* A proven teaching record and/or high quality references
* A recent and clear DBS Disclosure (a new one can be applied for)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
