Grass Roots Academic Support is seeking to appoint a highly effective and enthusiastic teacher of PE (with Maths or Science as a secondary subject) who will inspire and motivate students to achieve exceptional progress and reach their true potential both academically and socially. NQTs as well as more experienced teachers are warmly welcomed to apply.

You will be accountable for achieving high professional standards in teaching and learning within the department in order to ensure that students’ knowledge, understanding and achievement are of the highest levels within the specific subject while matching the design of the lesson to the ability of the students and use enterprising and innovative approaches to teaching and learning.

PE is taught across all key stages, with practical subjects delivered to Key Stage 3 and 4 and A Level and GCSE Physical Education delivered to pupils through the options process.
The school are offering a full time permanent position starting in September.
